This on-line Workshop has been approved by the California State Bar and can award MCLE credits.  Lawyers seeking credit can be awarded any combination of 14 Participatory Credits and 4 Ethics Credits.  (In other words, combinations of 10/4 splits and 12/2 splits are allowed but not 14/4.)

While technically this on-line Workshop is only certified in California, the live version of the Confessions Workshop has been delivered in several states that require CLE and in all but the State of New York, alien State Bar Associations have granted reciprocity for this course.

You will be given a link to download your CLE paperwork upon completion of the Confessions Workshop checklist and this site will automatically log your Bar Card number, verifying your completion.

States that have granted reciprocity for this course in the past:

• Pennsylvania
• Ohio
• New Jersey
• Michigan
• Nevada
• Illinois

If you experience any problems outside of California with receiving credit for the Confessions Workshop On-Line please contact us .  We maintain good relationships with State Bar Associations across the US.  We can help.

If your State Bar rejects these credits and we can not get them to grant them to you, you will be refunded that portion of your tuition that comprises the CLE accreditation.

(Depending on how you registered that would be anywhere from $100- $200.)
